The role ensures that programs are properly planned, implemented on time, and aligned with organizational goals and donor requirements. The Program Director manages program teams, monitors progress and budgets, prepares reports, identifies challenges and solutions, and coordinates with donors, partners, government institutions, and other stakeholders to ensure effective and sustainable program delivery.
